Do you provide nationwide delivery?

 

Currently, we are delivering only in Mumbai, Nasik, Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

My order arrived damaged, what to do?

 

Although we try our best to safely package the plant, the delivery process may not always be kind. In case if you received damaged product kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Otherwise send photo proof of unpacked damaged product at sales@bloomindoors.com along with the order number and we will happily replace your product or issue a credit note.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

Send us an email immediately at sales@bloomindoors.com.

Allow us a minimum 3 business days to respond to your request.

How do I track my order?

 

Once you place order online, you will be notified when the order is shipped along with the shipping details and tracking number

 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

 

Contact us immediately at sales@bloomindoors.com. We will respond to your request within 3 working days.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Most online orders of potted plants are couriered whereas certain delicate items like terrariums will be hand delivered for bulk orders at extra cost (only Mumbai, Pune & Nasik)

How long does courier delivery take?

We require a minimum 7 days to process your order. Once dispatched delivery to places like Mumbai & Pune can take between 1 to 3 working days. Hyderabad & Bangalore can take upto 3-5 working days.
